English information

On this page, we translate the most important information about our organization into English. We hope that it is useful to those who do not (yet) master the Dutch language.

Note that not all information on this site is translated.

When?

We organize activities during July and August. Our activities take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 13.30h till 17.00h. You can bring your child starting at 13.00h.

Sometimes, we deviate from this schedule. Check our calendar for the latest information, as we might make changes.

Price?

You pay € 1,50 per activity per child. The first time a child attends, we ask an extra € 1,50 regarding the insurance (so €3 in total). You can pay with Kompas (vouchers by the city of Hamont-Achel).

Age?

We welcome children from the calendar year in which they turn 5 years old, up until the year in which they become 12. Due to insurance, we cannot accept children younger.

Where?

Our events take place on the fields next to the Time Out. The address is

Molenstraat 36
3930 Hamont-Achel

You can find us on Google Maps and OpenStreetMaps.

What should I bring?

  • Fruit or a cookie
  • A drink
  • A bag
  • Swimming clothes (when the weather allows it)
  • Money for ice cream (which is €0,50 if you want to)

We offer all children water during the activity. During the break, they can consume their fruit/cookie.

Accessibility?

We strive to accept as many children as possible. Dutch as a mother tongue is recommended, but not a requirement. If your child cannot speak Dutch or has a handicap, please let us know in advance so we can prepare our activities with this in mind.

Preregistration?

You don’t need to register your child in advance. However, you can if you want to. This makes the administration a lot easier and saves you time during the activity.

The full registration process is available in English!

Further Questions?

You can use the comment section below to ask a question that might be useful for other parents as well or use any of the measures on the contact page to contact us. We should be able to reply in English, even though we’re not professional translators.
